Yard Signs - The Linden Park Covenants prohibit promotional yard signs. One, home-for-sale sign is permitted with a maximum size of 6 square feet. Signs such as NEW BABY, GRADUATION AND HAPPY BIRTHDAY are not considered promotional or advertising and are permitted.
